Some Fantastic Animators to Watch 2014-08-22 16:24:26 Reply

After three months, the Newgrounds Annual Tournament of Animation is coming to a close and has been the best one yet. We started with our largest Open Round ever and have ended with an epic head to head battle.

A lot of the artists in this tournament aren't well known and their animations are based on original material, two things that don't make for easy success on the Internet.

That is why I am BEGGING YOU to take a moment to watch the entries by our two finalists, then watch them go head to head in each other's styles at the end. This is fascinating stuff and you will enjoy it!

We'll start with ButzboPrud, here are his entries from the Open Round through the Pro Round.

Stejk for the win, his imitation was simply more on-point and his animation was more gripping, albeit shorter.

It's great how organized you are with connecting every person with their flash cartoons. Then again, you are the guy who created this website, so it's expected. Most of these guys have yet to be on my favorite artists list. I have so many, it's quite difficult to even keep up! I'm glad these rounds went so well.
