You gain muscle & going on a scale will make you feel like shit because the scale falsely tells you the fat isn't coming off when it is, it's just being replaced by muscle. But exercising has sooo many benefits to your health, so much so that even if you're not a size 0 you will overall just be a happier and more energetic person.
Even if someone's overweight (not obese, but they have some extra pounds for their "average" height and age group), if they're putting in the effort to exercise, you can tell pretty easily. And that's really all any decent person asks for, is that you're trying.

I just rely on eating right.
Google and YouTube can be your best friends. Look up at-home workouts that utilize body weight. Something as basic as push-ups is SEVERELY underrated IMO as an exercise, it does wonders for your arms & pectorals. If you have the money I suggest investing in dumbbells, those adjustable would be ideal but they can be pricey ($100+) depending on the brand. Good on you for eating right!
Grab a stalk of celery you morbid fuckers and hit the road running. Take back your lives and not your chalupas.
Everywhere I go, there's a sergeant there.
It's ok, she'll die of clogged arteries soon.
I can't believe the social justice crusade has gotten so bad that it's basically saying "You don't have to be healthy or put any effort into eating right and exercising! Just eat what you want and sit on your ass all day browsing Tumblr and become a whale and die of a heart attack at 45!"
Being skinny IS a privilege because you have to work for it. It takes self control, but it's not like if you're fat you're not stuck being fat for the rest of your life, unless you have a glandular disorder or something.
We shouldn't actively shame fat people, but we shouldn't have to believe like they don't have health issues.
Who's next? Alcoholics?
"Why are you drunk shaming? Check your sober privilege!"
It's a fucking health issue you fat morons!
Go out and get in shape you lazy piles of doritos!
if it's your body doing it to you, that's one thing, and it's fine.
If it's you doing that to your body, that's another, and not ok.
If you take care of your body and keep it healthy, and you are overweight, then that's how you were made. In some cases it could be problematic and require medical assistance, but there's nothing "wrong" there. It's just staying healthy (within your biological limits).
If you have poor dietary habits and/or don't get enough exercise, that is your fault. You should keep yourself healthy and if you make poor choices, then you have to deal with the consequences.
As for the video in OP, you don't "get" a body like that overnight, and it's not from poor diet and exercise alone. However, nobody should really be wearing overly revealing clothes. If you do, then it's your own fault for people either complaining or even oogling. So, if I (as a mildly hairy man) cannot wear short-shorts in public then neither can you, fatty (or you sexy, but I'll overlook that one).

How exactly do you know she doesn't eat more healthy at home? Just because you saw her eat in public doesn't mean you know the entirety of her eating habits. Plus, the fact that she is swimming means she is... you know... EXERCISING. Swimming is an extremely efficient exercise that works out the whole body. Are you seriously complaining about a person being fat, while also complaining that they are willingly exercising while daring to be fat?
Because she shows herself ONLY INDULGING at home and out to eat.
That swimming of hers is not exercise. She did a lap across her small pool. If you people constitute that as exercise, then the world has a big issue on their hands.

In all honesty, I think you're just really competitive and really into having a healthy diet right now and stuff like this just fuels that. Which I see no problem with as long as you don't hurt anyone's feelings.
I care about everyone's health, it's just the kind of person I am.

This needed to be said. Also, some people can't help being large because they could have a very low metabolism.

Low metabolism is 99 percent of the time due to shitty diet and lack of exercise. That is no excuse. Get healthy and raise the metabolism. I did just that in one year. Low to very high burning. It takes consistence. That's all it is. Eat what nature gives you and put in 3 hours a week at the gym. It's not that hard.
