Guys, I want to know what you prefer: SimCity 4 or SimCity 2013.
Forgive me for my errors. I'm in 7th grade.
They are different games in my perspective. They contrast in many ways. One example is that, in SimCity 4, you created your own regions and developed the landscape in each city while in SimCity 2013, there are premade regions with small plots of land with resources.
In SimCity 4, you were able to see a grid, which gave you some sort of idea about the size of your buildings. In SimCity 2013, you get a more vague idea. This is because you zone along the roads without a grid. I'll give the new SimCity some credit for somewhat educating (possibly) children about trading, extraction of resources to produce goods, and global economy. In fact, EA and GlassLab are collaborating to "inspire the new generation through SimCityEdu" as we speak.
SimCity EDU
However, SimCity 2013 is inconvenient for me. Therefore, I prefer SimCity 4.
Tell me what you guys think. Please be thorough and reasonable.

Don't you mean SimCity 3000?
Speaking of SimCity 3000...
It was the first SimCity game with a heavy focus on making deals with your neighbors - Things like power, water and garbage.
However, I grew up on SimCity 2000, and to this day it remains my all-time favorite.
And Monster, what is your problem with SimCity 4? It is the most advanced SimCity game ever made!

Agreed. 2000 was the perfect sim city game. Growing up and learning how to play this game gave me a great idea of how the world worked. But more on topic to the game, it was put together to be simple in features (compared to a Sim City game today) but complex in what you an do WITH the features. It's an amazing game for its size and I reccomend it to anyone who loves building things.
