Yes. It's rather annoying immature behavior. I have a friend who gets possessive when/if you have a girlfriend and/or girl you are seeing. He always talks about big boobs. It's his favorite thing to talk about and any discussion turns into a "big boobs" discussion before long. He gets so jealous of other people having girlfriends, to the point he basically won't talk with you for the duration of your seeing somebody.
Not as bad as one particular roommate I had who would literally wolf whistle at just about every girl he saw. It was very facepalm-worthy. Still bad though.

Yeah, my old roommate was kind of like that. If I spent time like with other people he would start feeling "replaced."
