Hello friend! Welcome to the Art Forum! I do have to say you have a pretty soild grasp on anatomy. I think your problem on the first picture is definitely the arms. The lower arm is a bit too short. It's very difficult to draw bent arms especially if you don't have references.

It might just be me but her eyes and nose look a tad bit too big. I like how the 2nd sketch turned out though.
