flas games not working

Hello, I have recently came back to newgrounds and none of the games will pop up on my computer, so I can't play anything, does anyone know what may be causing this?

Try updating your flash player. If that doesn't work try clearing your cache. If that doesn't work try updating your browser, or try a different browser.

Donm't listen to this man look at his name he doesnm't know
You have to install abblocker and run the flas in Google Chrome so that it crashes at the start, once crashed disable flash then popup the flas itself and it will work.

You have to install abblocker and run the flas in Google Chrome so that it crashes at the start, once crashed disable flash then popup the flas itself and it will work.
I donm't know how 2 flas.....
