Tom Fulp produced a site for artistic creativity expression purposes and contributed his own works early on as well. Ergo he is an artist. Ergo the purpose of the site was to further artistic endeavours and to support up-and-coming artists as a means for them to showcase their work and to build a community around that.

So if Tom is a millionaire then he deserves it.
