Sixth mass extinction?

So Earth may be headed for a sixth mass extinction soon. The cause? US! (As usual)

So mankind has been killing off tons of animals and stuff, so ecosystems have been disrupted by the loss of vital creatures to keep them stable, pollution also helped to kill things off.

What do yall think? True or false?

Mostly asking if it's false cause most news worthy websites tend to blow things out of proportion. Here's a link to one of many dozen news sites about this sixth mass extinction. It's USA today though, so you may wanna try another news site.

It's the end of the world as we know it, and I feel alright.
