I'll assume it's illegal to buy and use cigarettes before a certain age in the UK, since that WOULD make sense. and yes, where the fuck were her parents?

and while the 15 year old is getting charged, he faces consequence of going to jail for getting an 11 year old pregnant...

WHERE'S THE DAD? this is what's wrong with the world. Parentless children who have parents but are far too apathetic to care for the child, parents advocating how proud they are of their children for making such inane decisions to begin with... I don't know, it's a mad, mad world.

Norway and the Netherlands are doing pretty good in terms of teen pregnancy rates.

ya, but there's the factor of there being how many people are in a country.

I haven't really checked but wow that's bad for the UK considering i think it has around the same amount of people as other countries in Europe like Norway and the NL.

First I wondered if the parents were doing this for publicity because if I had an 11 year old child who got pregnant I sure as shit would be taking her to get an abortion immediately. A body at that age is ill-equipped to develop, nurture, and give birth to a baby. I'd want to preserve my already living daughter's life. I also would know that there is no way in hell she should be expected to take care of a baby and child when she is one herself.

And then I opened it up and the first line was talking about her chain smoking all day long. And I felt even more strongly that she should have immediately gotten an abortion!

Then I read about her mom and I got a flash from the movie Idiocracy in my head. The part about the dumb people repopulating so fast that there aren't many smart people left.

I then read more and thought about how if I had a child that age she'd know about condoms and be strongly discouraged from doing anything at her age and she sure as shit would not be getting drunk, going to parties, or fucking high schoolers.

What the fuck kind of high schoolers hang out, get drunk with, and fuck little 11 year old kids??????
