Most if not all Middle Eastern countries have multiple ethnicities. Iran, for example, has people of Persian, Turkish, Azeri, Arab, etc. decent. Saudi Arabia has the highest ethnic population of Arabs in the Middle East with the population being 90% Arab and only one other ethnicity being the remaining 10%. I think Saudi Arabia has the least amount of different ethnic groups in the Middle East.
