Hey guise, I was wondering if y'all if did just absolutely cringey things when you was younger. Example could be um... I don't know pretending you're from a different country and begging people to make you flash videos because you lack the creativity and/or talent.

For some reason as a kid I thought was cool say "oki doki, smokey doki".

Pretty much anything I said or found funny when I was 8.

We went to some band playing on a beach somewhere, I was 3.

I had been tired of us sitting out there and I wanted to go back to the hotel room so I went nuts.
I started screaming that the band "didn't know how to play" and I started grabbing sand from the ground and throwing it at them-- of course, it didn't hit them, since I was weak.

It was a hilarious display.

Claim to be atletic and do a backflip from 7ft, landing on my neck and miraculously not breaking anything.
Also for no apparent reason the principal of my then-school took a megaphone and informed the whole school about my stunt.
It was easily the worst day of my life. I was 7

Brought cartoons on vhs to school, in hopes the teacher would play them. I was around 7 or 8.

I don't actually remember this, but in the middle of a school concert, there was a short break between songs, and I went up on stage, grabbed the baton, and started flailing it around in front of the band.

Also, many of my childhood drawings.

I played a British soldier with a large speaking part in a 4th grade play once, and I don't remember the event, but i'm positive that I just vomited my lines in the worst British accent to ever exit the lips of man

we were supposed to get chased offstage by colonists but we weren't allowed to run so we just briskly paced away

I pretended I was a cat in school up until I was 9. Meow!

I once fell for that Bugs Bunny trick. Once! I was like five.

It's where you're arguing back and forth and then the other person reverses what they're saying to see if you'll accidentally reverse what you're saying.

So one of my best friends from high school was going through a rough, ROUGH time...without getting too much into it, his step dad attacked his mother with a baseball bat, and she was doing very badly in the hospital...

I and many other friends were at his aunts house, where he was, as moral support and to be there for him while his mother was in critical condition...you have to understand the scale of the injuries that my friend wasn't allowed to be at the hospital, we were all Juniors in high school...

One of his relatives, it might've been his aunt, returned home, and at that time I remember our crew was around the friend who was sitting in the center of the room. His aunt handed him a plastic bag with a biohazard symbol in it, some sort of a cloth inside, and I decided to crack the joke, "Hey, awesome! Radioactive pajamas!"

The room was dead silent as they solemnly watched my friend. His aunt placed a hand on his shoulder, and he bent over in his chair, and hugged the bag, and pressed it against his face...then it hit me...they had pulled the plug, and thats what she was wearing...packaged in whatever they had laying around the hospital for my friend to keep.

I recoiled inside at such depths, that if I had died at that moment, I would've been perfectly fine with that...it was such a heart tightening cringe, that it serves as a MASSIVE reminder about the whole "there's a time and a place for everything" mentality, ESPECIALLY when it comes to jokes...he's still my friend, he knows I'm a dork and a clown...but that's definitely top 10 cringiest shit I've ever done. The shame is deep.

I dunno. I've been a member of this site since I was 13 so I'm sure if you go through my old posts there's gonna be quite a lot of cringey bullshit. Pretty much everything your typical fedora wearing neckbeard did, I even wore the fedora. SOOOOOOO glad that I grew out of it.
