I want to apologize if this is the wrong forum to post to, but it seems to be the most relevant.
So my main account, goochmaster15, has been locked. I did not receive any kind of warning via e-mail or otherwise, and I never spam or harass other users. I've already emailed Wade, but I have two questions:
1. What causes an account to be locked?
2. About how long does it take Wade to respond to messages?
I'm very concerned because I'm expecting some messages, and I'm also really proud of my account and would hate to lose it. Any and all help is appreciated!
