Hey there, finally decided to start my own art thread, so here's a little backstory. I'm on deviantART primarily, though I do post speedpaints on YouTube from time to time. I work on a lot of different projects, from game design ranging from dress-up games to visual novels, webcomics, and just anime art.
Here I'll be posting WIPs from projects and finished pieces.

Posting a couple of screenshots from the visual novel (Cirque de la Vie) I'm hoping to post a demo of on my deviantART later this week (hopefully tomorrow). This scene is kinda crowded; most of the scenes though will be with two characters like what I'll post in a bit.
I really like your work, my favourite is the girl with the purple hair and aura around her. Badass. The legs look a little chubby but I think that's what you were going for :p

Thank you very much! Yes, she's not too skinny, so I'm glad she didn't come out super thin :D

Hey guys, I'm going to be more active here starting now! So, here's a WIP of a picture I'm working on~
I'd recommend looking into the anatomy of the jaw, neck, and shoulders - and especially their placement and behavior together. Pay attention to how the jaw pushes out from the neck, in what cases should the bottom of the jaw be visible? How long and wide is the neck, in what angle is it? how far apart are the shoulders, how does the neck connect to the shoulders?
I also notice a tendency for very elongated torsos and inconsistency in limb length. Studying the basic human skeleton should help address all these problems, the structure of man videos has helped me a lot with this. We also have a workshop thread just for posting and commenting on studies pop by if you decide to do some!

I really like your colours. They're really vivid but not clashing, and the shading is nice too.
