First, I buy Windows 8 and my speakers don't work, then I keep tripping over my headset cord. and now when i trpped over it the tower fell down with it. I think my baby is okay though

Sorry for your lose
Get one of these wireless babies and say goodbye to damaged headsets due to cord-related conflicts!
Happily ETS'd.

Try and keep your children away from your computer cases in the future.

I might have to buckle down and get me a pair pretty soon. How long does the battery last?
I just realized that I have no idea how those things work.

The native program it comes with will typically say it takes ~3 hours to "fully charge", but if you want it to really last the full 9 hours, you gotta wait until the orange light by the micro usb port stops blinking and stays constant, which usually takes a few additional hours. You can totally use it while plugged in then disconnect it to listen to music while you shit in the toilet or microwave some cold pizza from last night. Just be wary of microwaves, they can interfere with the headset's wireless signal when in use.

It'll come naturally.
