I'm trying to get special permission from a mod to post a something on the collab forum for a project I'm working on. what I want to know is: is there a mod that is best to PM about this matter? you know, like someone who is more active and more likely to respond than others, are does it not matter? also, if one refuses is it okay to PM another mod?

edit: I'm asking this because there's so many mods, so I thought some might be less active than others.
Go to the main forum page and message one that's online.
Tip for next time... just make the thread. Mods rarely check there anyway ;)
