When I saw this I was very interested so I emailed the man behind the project, Hexer .. We exchanged emails and I eventually asked him a couple of questions (5 Questions) about the game and he was very easy to talk to and had no problem answering them, I decided to make a video about it ( the video includes screenshots, some already on the web and others that were given to me for the video) , I will post the link and the transcript of my questions and his answers are in the video.

Well that certainly seems interesting, especially since so much of the game had already been designed before interplay shut down. Reminds me a little bit of the fanmade Fallout 2 Restoration Project (which added cut content back into the game) but on a bigger scale.
