Sexual urges, romantic feelings bad

Anyone else dislike the fact that they have the capability of feeling these urges. Im not actually fond of the fact that I can be attracted in those ways. Yeah, its that topic. Sorry if this annoys you. Just something on my mind.

Its to the point where I dont want women to be attracted to me. (And they arent, thank goodness) And the fact that I even if I did like a woman, I feel like I have too many problems (most of them dealing with my mental & emotional health), for it to work, to where I would tell them to find someone else if they were interested in me.

I actually developed a character in my personal life that to counteract my character in professional life to attain some inner balance. Most women think the cute, personable, attractive bartender is interesting, so I feel obligated to give them my number when they ask for it, which I dread. Obviously I think I'm immensely interesting, but what I find interesting about me and what other people find interesting about me are two different things; Not to mention that my opinion of what others think is interesting is something that would be considered socially unacceptable.

My solution is to teeter on the edge of boring while still being friendly so as not to appear creepy.

I think in this case the problem is that some people feel the worst actually outweighs the best of the interactions. To some degree, I understand that. To be entrenched with someone for some time and then to have them do something to alter that or excise it really hurts, and for some people that can be too much risk v. reward.

That isn't to say it is healthy trying to surpress or remove these parts of oneself - it is not - but I entirely understand where the sentiment comes from.

Ive always felt like Celibacy was Discouraged wherever I go, if anything.

But regardless of who says what to me, Ive always had my own reasons for this disdain towards my own urges. I dont like the feeling of being charmed, or attracted, because I hate being like others. Nothing against them, but I tend to want to be different, even to an extreme. Im also rather cynical about my humanity. For their sake, I dont intend on letting any romantic feelings develop. Im just imbalanced and abnormal like that.
