ALL RIGHTY!! TIME FOR ROUND 2 OF HEAD BREAKERS!!!

1. A man lives on the 10th floor of an apartament building. He takes the elevator to the lower floor to go to work. When he comes home, he enters the elevator, goes up to the 6th floor then walks the other 4 by stairs. However, on rainy days, he actually goes to the 10th floor on the elevator. Why?

2. A man lies dead on the ground in the middle of the plains; next to him there is an unopened package. There's no other creature around. What happened? Hint: the man knew he was going to die as he approached the place.

3. Find the correct patterns for the numeric puzzle below. Hint: Think like a child! You need to think like one!!

Kinda. He plummeted from the sky, but what was the package?

He doesn't want to fall on the wet linoleum, crack his head open and die.

He's too short to reach the 10th floor button, but when it rains he carries an umbrella that he can use to hit the button.

That... seems to make sense, actually, given that it specifically says that no other creature around and leaves his method of "approaching the place" vague.
