Today is Throwback Thursday and everything in this post came from this week in NG history!

The list is so long that you will need to read the first reply in this thread to see the GAMES.

Please reply with fond memories of your favorites, or stuff you've discovered for the first time! If you've been lurking, this is a good time to sign up and introduce yourself to NG. It's fun to mix old and new!

Movies

Employee of the Month brought back memories of when Mike was developing Swivel and I was creating the Newgrounds Roku Channel. That movie was being used a lot as a test.

If you want to get really bummed out, watch How are you now, dear children.

My big epiphany was that BSMattW, who currently makes the Deadly Space Action series, is the same guy who made the Bonus Stage series going all the way back to 2003!

I really enjoyed the Last Door and Journeys of Reemus. I don't feel like the third chapter of the Last Door games got enough exposure here on Newgrounds. Still though, as far as Throwback Thursdays go, this has some of my NG favourites.

Story of the Blanks, despite being a My Little Pony game, is still one of the most memorable games I've ever played on this website. It's extremely faithful to the games of the NES era and pretty creepy for an 8-bit title. Have you played it @TomFulp? Your thoughts?

Holy shit dude, I'll admit I never played that past the initial dialog sequence... Now I've played it through to completion and I have to agree, it's a game everyone should play through. I updated the thumbnail since it was real blurry.

Donitz has made a bunch of other Pony games too, like this Derpy Slenderman game:

I'm thrilled to see 2 projects I was involved in make the list! Coincidentally, they are both pirate themed. Perhaps that should have been a recurring theme in my projects, since it seemed to lead to success?

When I saw all the pirate movies I thought it must have been International Talk Like a Pirate Day, but that's in September!
