Some guy that works in the building accross the street. Everytime I see him through the windows he's either rocking back and forth with his upper body or running in circles. Sometimes he even does this while being stripped down to his underwear. Just this morning I saw him standing outside, constantly shifting his weight from foot to foot...

And yes, that really is a normale office, and not some therapy center.
