Just read it carefully, look up definitions to words you don't understand, and google specifics to referenced terms and laws that you don't fully understand.
You literally have every resource at your fingertips, right now, that we do...you just don't want to be doing the digging.
It would equate to a bunch of us sarcastically posting a series of "Let Me Google That For You" links, over and over again. Come on man....or if you're currently interacting with a lawyer who is giving you this confusing information in the first place, YOU SHOULD CLARIFY WITH THEM. Ask THEM, since they're the fucks that went to law school.

Auughh...I'll try my best.

Yes. I know exactly the person you should talk to who can translate the confusing way lawyers and attorneys write on contracts. You should talk to a lawyer.

For real...because reading back on my translation, I'm fairly certain I fucked up a couple of things.
For instance...I think in the original, they were talking about paying HIM and I made it seem like he payed THEM....or visa versa... I don't even know!

@nanocon
Not a lawyer but my rough translation is "You agree that BCC may use any of your material without paying you a dime unless such material has legal protections which would make such nonpayment illegal." i.e. they want to use your stuff without paying you. Sounds like a raw deal. Again, ask a lawyer though.
