What is your favourite meal that can be created really easily, like grilled cheese or something. Food that a stoner would love in it's creation.

The description doesn't fit, if not a synonym of menace
Cardboard box. You have to really chew it. Lots of fiber.
Vienna sausage. Pop the can open and eat. Toast.
Ground beef(or ground chuck) mixed with a little salt and a generous amount of black and white pepper. Form into patties. Grill = sizzling hot. Make sure grate is well oiled. 3 minutes. Flip. 3 minutes. Top with favorite cheese. 1 minute. Let rest 3-5 minutes. Put on bun. Shove into your gaping maw. Smile.
Open-face prawn & butter sandwich. If you've got a few minutes to peel, all the better you'll feel.
And don't skimp on the pepper either.
