So I am either going to get bashed or people are going to just show me some of their art and also take a look at the small bits that I've uploaded on this site.
Looking forward to seeing some of your guys' stuff.
The way we generally do it around here is we have our own personal art threads where we post our own projects, sketches, processes, thoughts and ideas. You're encouraged to include your images in your posts so that it's easier for everyone to see your images as they're viewing the thread.
I took a peek through your gallery, and I hope you'll be staying and posting more!
To include images in your posts, look for the "Include Image?" section when replying:
Oh! Thank you :) Let me see if I can get it right...
Check out my art pieces!

Love the sugar skull lady!
Here is one of my newer pieces called The Dead Sea. My dude is catching some fishies.
Here is my most recent piece that I painted after I ate a really good hamburger. It was called the " I don't care whatever" burger.
This is Boo. He is riding a zombie war elephant through boneyard into the sunset.

Very nice work on these, I love the use of color and the you really take use of the full page. I look forward to more work to come, I offered you a scout invite (I'd be surprised if I was the only one to have) basically what that is is an invite to have your work publicly visible in the Art Portal should you accept.
Thank you very much! I accepted (I think)!
Here is Angela and the Skeleton
Here's an older one I've done. It's Ribcage the Skeleton backpacking overnight in a forest being visited by a Blue Jay. Normally, his best friend is a pink bat so he's getting a little home-sick.
JuJu and Angela! These are two of my favorite characters from the comic I am working on. Obviously Angela is the main character, but JuJu is her quiet, magical, skeleton friend. They make a great team :)

Holy hell, your lighting and shading techniques look right above professionalism! I'm sure you've done commissions for many happy customers. d:
(And since I won't look like an advertising ass, I'm going to defile this thread with my artwork now)
Not defile :) I like yours! And thank you so much ;__; I wasn't expecting the pleasant feedback I've gotten on my work.
Here is page 2 of the comic I am working on. It's only ink, I decided against color and I decided against cleaning it up. It's all dirty n' raw.

you're pretty good. check mine out. sadly i havent been scouted :(
this is the most recent.
this is the most recent.
Hey, I really like the gradients that you use in the background. Keep it up. I'm not sure what the significance is in being scouted because I just signed up yesterday.
Here's a little sketch I've done of Angela Oddling. No color this time, just ink. I really love her. I'm trying to get back into animating so that I can do some shorts with her. I think they would be really awesome.
Here's an oldie. It's called Pickled Ghosties. Ribcage the curious skeleton is always getting himself into a handful of trouble.
your swirls, colours and overall playfulness is all kinds of awesome! Keep at it!

Thank you so much :)
Here is a commission I did for a fine sir who asked for a portrait of himself. So I made him wielding the Great Ink Basilisk's fang and conquering the great Inkland.
Here is page 3 of The Oddlings

Some people spend a long time befor someone is willing to scout them, others however get scouted the day they sign up it all really depends on wether someone is willing to take a chance on them or not :P
i love the colours in your artwork its really well done, :)
Thank you :)
But what does being scouted entail? Do you get certain privileges? Can people be unscouted?
I am posting this one on a whim. It is the first time I am using oils to do a cartoon, and it is extremely difficult. I am pleased with the texture and very excited to dabble further in the medium since I am used to watercolor.

Being scouted means, that your art is approved by another (already scouted) user and will appear in the art portal. You can be unscouted if you submit really terrible art to the portal. Since you are scouted, you can also see the so-called "unscouted section" and scout artists yourself if you think they are good enough.

Besides that, I really enjoy your thread and the art you uploaded to NG. Also, congrats on the frontpage spot!
Oh wow, thank you so much! And I appreciate the information as well!'
My step-son did a pixel art version of my character Angela Oddling. He's 12 and I thought it was pretty damn cool.
Here is the original drawing of Angela Oddling, done by me.
