When I was finally ran a Halo grunt over with a jeep, because they're AI is shitty made to dodge vehicles 40 feet away.
Beating the Emerald Weapon in FF7. That shit is hard, it's got like 1million HP, and if you didn't play the game right, you're gonna have a really bad time. I, somehow, managed to play the game completely right and get every item needed, so that beating the Emerald Weapon was easy. Shit's cray.
Beating the final fiend in Blood Will Tell on the first try with a completely empty health bar.
Guessing the bomber's code in Majora's Mask without having to do the hide and seek thing. In my playthrough, it was all zeroes. What are the fuckin' chances?

I'd say about... 0 in 1? The bomber's password is always a combination using exactly 1 of each of the numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. Each of the bombers have a different number on their back, and the password is given by them lining up and turning around so you can see what order each number goes in. So, the only way what you describe could happen is in a glitchy, or hacked game. (though perhaps getting a glitchy/hacked copy of the game without noticing it might count as some sort of luck)

Must have been a bug because it was 00000 when I played. Or was it 11111? I didn't use a Gameshark or anything like that. Nothing wrong with the rest of the game as far as I knew.
my luckiest moment in gaming-i was playing borderlands 2 and a random mook dropped a super rare weapon (purple) which was at my level.
i didn't need another assault rifle for quite some time after that
Finding a pokemon with pokerus, or a shiny, or every single headshot I've ever gotten in CS
I got Tom to make a sig, bow down to me.
Catching all 3 Legendary Dog Pokemon in Gold on the first try.
And shooting a distant enemy on top of a building with a sniper rifle without using the scope in Wolfenstein (2009).
The first time that I've reached cool mode for the parappa/um jammer lamy games even if it was just for a few seconds of dumb luck.
