The rules are simple: Create and depict the bad idea of your choice using appealing grammar and vocabulary.
Poems are also acceptable.
I will provide an example to start.
Bad Idea #225: Often a time in memorandum it hath been noted; the one whom smelt it shall be the one who doth doled the punishment.
