I was playing Monster Hunter with my cousin and we were up against the end-game monster Ukanlos. Officially, White Fatalis is considered to be a more difficult fight, however in my experience I've found Ukanlos to be by far the most difficult fight in the game.

My cousin and I had come to the fight with everything at our disposal - we were armed to the teeth with bombs, healing items, stat-boosting charms, and a few other items here and there to keep us fighting at tip-top shape. After half an hour of wailing on the monster, we had run out of bombs and were fighting exclusively with weapons. At this point, each one of us had died once, meaning that one more KO would end the mission for us. Not long after this realization, we both ran out of healing items. Now we were both one hit away from dying and failing the entire mission, yet we stuck it out for another several minutes and managed to kill the fucker. Probably one of the most traumatizing experiences I've had in a video game.

Difficulty? Because if you say very hard I'm calling bullshit. Especially if you mean the boss battle with him the Jetstream Sam DLC.

Anyway whenever I beat a new boss in Dark Souls it feels like the greatest moment. That's why I love the game.

It depends if you mean a personal feeling of accomplishment or the statistically speaking most achieving.

As a personal accomplishment I feel like the time I 2 manned Heigan the Unclean in Naxxramas, as the other 8 peope died pretty much instantly upon the dancing phase, and me healing and my tank friend 2 manned the fight for 21 minutes until we finally beat it. It was incredibly satisfying, even if not a very difficult feat to accomplish.

My greatest in terms of difficulty is a mixture between Tribute to Insanity and heroic the Madness of Deathwing, both still from world of warcraft. Tribute to Insanity consisted of a flawless run of the heroic Trial of the Crusader raid, unable to fail on any of the bosses that week, and also then killed the final boss of the next expansion as one of the first on the server to do said kill, with taking some extra satisfaction in that I was "tanking" hits of impales as a shadow priest, effectively allowing us to 1 tank it to get the kill. Both of these are my most statistically best, probably the Tribute to Insanity since it was exceptionally difficult to pull off a perfect run.

Normal. I'm not really that good. Also I used a full-powered murasama and it wasn't a full no damage run, I took damage against Excelsus and clothed armstrong. I also got a lower ranking on the level than I've ever gotten.

This is a really good question.

Honestly I'd say I was pretty dang thrilled when I beat boss battles on intense in super smash bros brawl. That took me forever to beat and it was literally the last challenge box I had left to unlock.

Gaining 5,000 gamerscore in a week. That was hard as hell. I stayed up for a while, lost a day of sleep, but damn it was worth winning a bet.

Part of it was beating Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts. The only reason that's an accomplishment for me is due to the fact that I hate that game, in terms of gameplay.

Probably when in Perfect Dark (N64) I managed to beat Area 51 - Escape in 3:50 on AGENT, thus unlocking the invincibility cheat. It was a pain in the ass.
