actually that's pretty good for a first submission.
i'm not really into lego animations, but the animation itself was smooth and pretty much alright! apart from some problems with lighting and sharpness this was a perfect stop motion animation.
maybe you should take it to the next level? because you are very limited using lego, and i bet some variability with the expressions, setting and moveable joints would also be more fun to work with?

though all i meant, was that with clay animation for example he could give his characters a lot more individuality and such.
but then again i don't know much about lego, so he might as well experiment with this :)
