You see Nadick, the last thread was "What Languages Do You Know?" This current one is "What Languages Do You Speak ". Obviously there is a large enough difference and OP isn't just recycling an old topic.

Oh, and I can translate bits and pieces from various Tolkien Elven dialects. I think I'm pronouncing them right, so I guess that counts for speaking.
