almost anything excluding blue cheese (on steak it's quite nice however) and generic orange american cheddar.

I've been eating some asiago recently and it tastes pretty good. There was this one type of cheese, though, that I thought was pretty good. Can't seem to remember what it was exactly, but it was a smoked cheese.

Best sandwich cheese is pepper jack. Every time.
