Go ask a friend or something. It's not like we know the girl or how's your music to tell you. Also, if the source of your music was a deep hatred , a break up would launch your inspiration to the sky. Just saying.
Actually, you should break up. You're too fucking selfish for a relationship if you blame her for your block and think about breaking up with her for your dreams, without even considering her. Just do her the favor, dude.

simply don't give a shit. if someone loves you, they'll love how don't give a shit and she will equally not give a shit, making you two an unbreakable force of no-shit-giving punk rock superstars in a world that gives too much shit to actually take one on something

Thank you all for your advice. Some of it I didn't wanna hear, but it all helped, more or less. I'll keep all this in mind, still open for advice, but I appreciate you all, and I felt like I should tell you this.
