A Haiku a Day

[Elephly]

The idea is as simple as the title -- I plan to write a haiku a day here. Feel free to join in.

There's only one rule for those who wish to take part, and that is that you must take long, soul-cleansing sips of herbal tea for each haiku you post to this thread. Don't think that there will be no consequences for breaking this rule. And don't think that I won't know, because I will know.

Here goes the first one...

The fresh grass quivers
under the chilling night's wind.
It misses the sun.

Earth, sky, and ocean
fuse under overwhelming
and obscure vigor.

Silence seeps in like
toxic gas. Planes fall upward.
It's war out there, boys.

Awesome, Omega bros! Wait, but how did you manage to change your sig at all without figuring out how to add a picture to it? (0_0) I hope this diagram helps. The only thing I left out is how to navigate there lol.

This one is titled Painful Memories and How to Prevent Yourself From Getting New Ones (which also happens to be a haiku :3 )...

This precious moment
may be preserved if we can
fall asleep and die.

A dark smoky hazy
with figures dancing away
the night. Ecstasy.
