I just started watching Archer on Netflix (late to the party I know) and I am enjoying it. However, I really don't understand why this show was even made to be a cartoon? It could seriously be a live action show and it wouldn't be any different. The characters and scenery are all very realistic in design. Just a thought.

Rotoscoping isn't just a style choice.

I can't remember, but there was probably lots of technology and interesting scenery animated in that would require CGI and other more expensive options, right?

A number of cartoons could, in theory, be live-action. But, to be honest, I'm really glad they're not. Something about watching a cartoon is infinitely more entertaining.

I voice act because I'm insecure about my weight.
