Need an animator for Movie

I have been looking for an animator for a movie I plan to make and when I say that I mean 2 hours and a half BUT THERE ARE NO DEADLINES so you don't need to worry about time I will be worrying about voice acting and sounds all you need to do is help animate. I want the art style to be animal people in a fantasy setting. I have some of a script. I can tell you about the characters and everything. I cannot pay you for I don't have any money right now. I would love some help on this. We can talk on Skype if you really want to discuss it and get to know each other.

2 hours and a half? you crazy, even for a team of experienced animators that could take years.

You're just asking for things but what would you give in return?
Do you have a voice acting demo? Maybe you suck big floppy and there's no way of knowing that
How much would you be willing to pay? Because no one will ever help you with your super 150 minute Idea that probably sucks for free

Listen I was originally going to have it a show with 15-20 minute episodes but then there are deadlines and people will wonder when the next one is coming out and get pissed. So I chose to try the movie perspective so that a very very long time of work and then it's out as what it is. ALSO I had somebody wanting to give it a shot for free but he just could not get into the art-style he wasn't used to. No I don't have any voice actors yet but i have them in mind and I have been talking to them I wanted to see if I could find an animator I can get to do this task. I have some story thought out and some script I'm working on but I don't want to make an entire Story and characters and world if I can't fins anyone then it's just a pointless world I thought up and can't do anything with. I am still thinking of changing to episodic but what if the animator is sick or doesn't want to do it anymore then it could possibly end in the middle or be very delayed.

You really don't have to do it if you don't want to but I really want to try and make this a thing it would be the only
"good" thing I have created. I want to try being a director.

You need to educate yourself on the process, because right now it sounds like a pipedream, and that's all we see it as. No offense, just try to learn the reigns and you'll see what we mean:)

There we go! some goddamn respect on the internet. I am aware and I am still thinking about changes I'm just trying to see some peoples limits.
