What was the lowest point of your life? Did you think you could ever come out of it alive? Also, what did you do to make it past this crappy time in your life?

My boyfriend died when he was seventeen on valentine's day in 1999. I've moved on, but man that was something I thought I couldn't get out.

I just found something I could do to pass the time, and I focused on that alone... Usually a creative outlet works best, but hell, you could even try just buying a new video game (a long RPG would probably be best) and just let yourself become engrossed by it, and don't worry about anything else (if that's possible). You'll forget about the problem in no time :) Well, maybe closer to a few days or a week :P

I guess times that me and my G/F had ahad a huge argument, or perhaps when I was disowned (LOL I was D15-0\/\//\/ 3D)by the rest of my family, or maybe the times of various torment from bullies in grade school, or perhaps when my nanny died. I dont know when I experence too much emotion, my mind just goes numb. At those times I beleive I am most free. I am cold, calculative, and locial. Perhaps it is a psycologicalsafty-mechanism to prevent me from wigging out and gunning down a bunch of ppl.

Anyways, my lowest point was last summer. For some reason my emotions were just really out of wack and I overreacted to some stupid things. Ever felt angry/depressed/happy/nervous/plus_other_emotions all at the same time? It's really really freaky.

Oh well. Learned that apathy can get you through most anything. But a cheerful kind of apathy. Not a depressing kind.

my uncle died two weeks ago from some kind of cancer he lives and the country Laos he when they found out how long he had to live about two weeks before he died it was too late he was suppose to get tranferred at a hospital in Thailand

i didnt feel any emotion at all when i heard the news am i a shallow bitch can someone tell me i never talked to him much in fact i only been to Laos once two years ago and barely talked to him

There is no secret. If you can't think of a lowest point you obviously haven't suffered a tragedy. My father died two years ago. Without a doubt, that was the lowest point of my life.
