I've fucked around with several Linux distros before, but I don't use any of them all the time. If I were to use a Linux distro as a main OS for a computer, it would probably be Xubuntu or Linux Mint.

I don't have an interest in it nor do I have the time at the moment to learn how to compile kernels and all that shit. That's not to say that it would be cool to know how to run and build linux from scratch, however.
