Yes, mate. Before starting the site Tom Fulp was a Space Marine. He used to work for the UAC. Eventually he met demons from hell who told him to create newgrounds. The PTSD was too much and he made a tank logo because he wanted to share his shellshocked military memories to everyone subliminally on every page of his website.
