Google and Apple are both great companies. I don't even think they are rivals at all. They help people around the world by using technology that is used for searching and computing. So I think the fight will end in a tie.

They obviously make stuff for computers. Although, Apple does make apps of games for their mobile devices such as iPad, iPod and iPhone.

Google. Because Apple has yet to put out a single not overpriced product. Also, Nexus > iPhone. The Nexus 5 makes the iPhone look like a piece of shit, and its like half the price. Yeah, 1920x1080 screen res on the Nexus, and a 2 GHz quad-core.

Apple already tried that. The Apple Pippin was their console, but it faded into obscurity.
Google would probably make a sucky console as well.
As for who I think is better, I prefer Google. I use their web applications more and they don't close off their technology from the consumer.
