Seeking honest feedback

For some time now, I've started feeling more confident about my art, but I still seek to improve. Over at devianTART it's nigh impossible to get critiques or even regular feedback if you aren't already popular, it seems. I don't have much to show yet, but I'd still appreciate some feedback and critiques. I started animating a walk cycle of one of my characters. Not all the frames are constructed yet, but I was wondering if anyone else give give it a look.

On this day I was stupid and forgot to bring the materials I needed for class, so I drew this out. Later I colored it just for kicks.
