I mean if it's anything I noticed around here, I noticed all the south park fans are really biased libertarians, and believe that liberals are the evil and they can spur various insults like the n word for instance, and when somebody calls them out it, they spur something like "MU FREEDOMS" or " I STARTED THIS BUT SOMEHOW YOU ARE THE BIGOT FOR NOT RESPECTING MY FREEDOM".

So you hate on a fanbase because they're not the childish liberals you're used to from childish liberal shows?

Yeah, people like MrSoxFan/NuclearInfected might make them look bad, but they're not all idiots. I like the older episodes, though the show has been pretty bad for several years now.

Libertarians are like liberals, minus the understanding of sociopolitical and economical dynamics.
They actually believe that the solution to social and economical inequities is the free market. No matter how many economists have proven how dumb and mindless this libertarian crap is.

Are you really so stupid that you don't know South Park is an extremely liberal show which mocks conservatives while beating their shitty ideas into the dirt?

So let me get this straight. You think that all of South Park's fans are stupid as right-wing extremists saying that all liberals are evil. Let me tell me you this, I am a liberal. Yes, I said it. I watch South Park and it doesn't have anything that is anti-liberal. It is clearly making fun of the current events that was happening during the episode's airing. By the way, who told you that South Park fans wanted more freedoms or said the N word if we clearly live in a free country and for the fact that it doesn't have any people saying the N word just because they saw some episode saying that explicit word. Okay yeah, there was an episode where it focuses on the people who are anti or non anti-N word. But we don't say the N word to any person just because of the episode's plot. They make fun of it. None of the stuff that you are saying is true to South Park fans and I am one of them.

Dear god...I can't believe people with the level of stupidity of what you just posted, actually exist on this planet.
I've seen some really stupid shit in my day...but what you just said is probably on of the absolute dumbest.
Maybe not dumb/stupid....just very ignorant, would be a more apt word.

Why don't you make a constructive argument instead of just resorting to ad hominem. If you feel that he or she has stated a uneducated or ignorant opinion, why don't you explain why you believe they are wrong instead of just reacting like a 12 year old would?

All 3 of those "reasons" are actually really terrible excuses that don't do anything except hint that you are possibly incapable of refuting his statements.
You keep calling this person ignorant, but are unable to explain why. It sounds like you're ignorant when it comes to debate, discourse, and persuasion. You want to convince others to your side of the table. That's fine. But you aren't going to do it by insulting them.

I'm sorry you are just like all the massive dicks who believe that liberalism means the Democratic Party. Liberalism refers to the philosophical, political and economical theories developed in Europe during the Renaissance. You know... Kant, Smith, Rousseau, Locke, Montesquieu, etc.
Here is some information on Liberalism:
"Liberalism is a political philosophy or worldview founded on ideas of liberty and equality. Liberals espouse a wide array of views depending on their understanding of these principles, but generally they support ideas such as free and fair elections, civil rights, freedom of the press, freedom of religion, free trade, and private property.
Liberalism first became a distinct political movement during the Age of Enlightenment, when it became popular among philosophers and economists in the Western world. Liberalism rejected the notions, common at the time, of hereditary privilege, state religion, absolute monarchy, and the Divine Right of Kings."
Here is what was written on Wikipedia on Libertarianism:
"The term libertarianism originally referred to a philosophical belief in free will but later became associated with anti-state socialism andEnlightenment-influenced political movements critical of institutional authority believed to serve forms of social domination and injustice. While it has generally retained its earlier political usage as a synonym for either social or individualist anarchism through much of the world, in the United States it has has since come to describe a combination of economic and cultural liberalism more so than radical, anti-capitalist egalitarianism. As individualist opponents of social liberalism embraced the label to distance themselves from the word liberal, American writers, political parties and think tanks adopted the word libertarian to describe advocacy of capitalist free market economics and a night-watchman state."
What I said is basically true. Left-wing liberals often refer to pretty similar values and objectives, but they have a completely different idea of how to achieve these goals.
This is an extreme simplification, but they believe that limiting the State's power and using a free market structure would help destroy some major forms of social, political and economical dominations perpetuated by a structure of power that favors a small political and economical elite taking advantage of an old and broken political system.
They do not believe in the intervention of the State in social issues, not because they do not believe that these social issues do not exist, but because they do not trust that the government actually works against social inequities, but rather that they enforce social inequities and actual power structures.
So yes, Libertarian ideas are based on the same ideas as Liberalism, but taken in another direction and promoting completely different solutions.
But you are LemonCrush and I'm used to your bad manners and mastery of Ad Hominem, so I'm not offended by your pointless post filled with insults.

I need to specify that these two paragraphs are about Libertarians and not left-wing Liberals. I didn't make this clear in my previous post, and I felt that it was necessary to clarify this so there wouldn't be any confusions.

I don't think OP really knows what he is talking about... I'm not sure many people in this thread do either...
Libertarians have liberal views on social issues and conservative views on economic issues.
Liberals/Democrats have liberal views on social issues and liberal views on economic issues.
Populists have conservative views on social issues and liberal views on economic issues.
Conservatives/Republicans have conservative views on social issues and conservative views on economic issues.

Liberalism means different things at different times in different cultures. In america, at this time, it's equated with Democrats
This is an extreme simplification, but they believe that limiting the State's power and using a free market structure would help destroy some major forms of social, political and economical dominations perpetuated by a structure of power that favors a small political and economical elite taking advantage of an old and broken political system.
And as, history has shown, this turns out to be true. When social, political and economical dominations occur, it's been because of the federal government, so it makes sense that the fix for this problem would be eliminating them from those aspects.
They do not believe in the intervention of the State in social issues, not because they do not believe that these social issues do not exist, but because they do not trust that the government actually works against social inequities, but rather that they enforce social inequities and actual power structures.
Because they have.

Actually it's the complete opposite, and I hope you're being sarcastic otherwise you're the idiot not Nuclearinfected. South Park creators have been quoted saying "We don't like Conservatives, but we HATE Liberals". South Park has mocked both liberals and conservatives, and it's usually liberals that get butt-hurt when they get mocked such as Sean Penn, Tom Cruise, and many other celebrities. There's websites online where Liberals are complaining about South Park making fun of them. They're upset that South Park has made fun of Al Gore and Global Warming.

That's just like...your opinion, man.
Facts are facts, and they stand in opposition to his condescending, misguided post. I don't need to prove anything. I'm aware of what's happening in the world, he isn't. Nothing I say or do will convince him or show him anything, so why should I bother with it?
When someone is raised, practically from birth that WW2 was just, or that Lincoln freed the slaves and the Civil War was same great crusade against evil, or that the New Deal ended the depression, or that Clinton was the coolest president ever despite killing thousands of people or all of that bullshit that schools teach kids...those people are way, way, waaaaay beyond convincing, or saving, or whatever. So much stupid in this thread, and not the South Park fanbase.
OP's post is stupid, but possibly intentional bait. Libertarians are a kind of liberal so, yeah.
Nuclearinfected's post is stupid for the assumption that liberal shows/liberals are childish.
HeavenDuff's post is stupid for baiting Libertarians. You should have known that was baiting.
LemonCrush's post is stupid for calling HeavenDuff's post stupid without explaining why it was stupid. (Took the bait)
So, good job OP! I will assume "bait thread" and massive victory to you!
