There are some compiling errors, such as the animation lagging.

Just saw your animation.... It's terrible. So bad that I'm pretty sure you're trolling. If you're serious about this, I don't mean to be a dick. In fact, I'm probably the nicest guy you'll meet on the internet because I really do want to help you. The internet can be a great place to express yourself through one's art and define yourself as an individual. But it also can be a harsh and cruel reflection of the actual cruel mean reality of the world. People can be brutal when it comes to critiquing your work. I was at your point at one stage of my life, so please hear me out... I only want to help... Buy several books on drawing 101. Especially ones covering the human anatomy. Practice often. Once you get decent, buy a few beginners guide books on animation. Practice often. Preferably everyday if you want to get serious and make good shit. And in between your drawing sessions, watch tv/movies, or read novels/comics that you like and enjoy. I'm sure you already do that part. Except this time, dont just enjoy them. Analyze them. Study the basic structure of its story-telling. Think about why the piece worked and how it connected with the viewer. Then practice writing your own screenplays. Start with short stories/skits. Thats what I'm doing. Start with things that make you laugh or that you enjoy. Also, what's very important is to.... Be able to create something and critique it as a first time viewer. NOT as the original creator. You may be proud of your work and may find it hilarious, but pride can blind people from the truth. You have to think of an alternate reality. Ask yourself this, "what if someone else created the exact same piece I made and I watched it for the first time?" How would you react? I can go into more depth but I don't know if you're serious so this is all the advice and time I'm willing to give you. I'll tell you what...Make something with more effort. A structured short story. Not just a test animation. If I see that you put effort into it and if you want to learn more from me, I will give you more in-depth advice through private messages.
I know what your saying. I'm still trying to define my style. I'm watching alot of animation on here to try, and I will take your advice. I also have some ideas for series, i'm just stuck on Lip-Syncing. Thank You.
