It's not really their fault, they have a quota to fill.

1. Apply online
2. Get to part of application where you have to insert ethnicity.
3. Select the "I do not wish to say" option that's always there.
4. Maybe get hired.

It's not a perfect solution but at least they're more likely to give ye a second glance.
