There is never more than 2 people that I recognize. There is 115 people on the skype chat, all of which I have seen on Newgrounds Chat, and that's still missing quite a few people from NG Chat.

As far as I know the only way to get on is to add somebody in the chat. This is an old list so I'm not sure who has changed their name like duckzombie = sychosloth.
