Like air, it's not easy to restrict a bender's ability to use it (like waterbenders need water to be able to bend, and earthbenders need rocks, dirt, etc.).

Definitely air. I'm a biker, I love the wind around me as I ride. I'm a pilot, I need the wind to fly. The cool soothes me to sleep at night, when I turn the fan on or crack open a window...and the air conditioning in a car relaxes me greatly, the cooling air washing over my face.
