Pretty good. At 3 in the morning, I finished a commission for the same guy that commissioned me to make House Harkonnen's band logo. I crashed hard, woke up, ate some great Boston Market with family, and then I ran errands. Mailed a letter, picked up 3 quarts of oil and an oil filter for the bike, and asked around for a motorcycle stand...

In the past, in order to get enough clearance to change the oil on the bike, I needed to get real clever with it, and it wasn't very safe. The best way I had lying around is, we got these giant rocks in our front yard...so I'd roll the bike up on a big one at the front, then position the kickstand on another rock, and then hope that the wind didn't decide to blow the bike in a direction AWAY from the kickstand...its worked, but its time for an upgrade.

Unfortunately, all of the motorcycle stands at my local discount parts store has really tall stands for crotch rockets and dirtbikes...my cruiser is too low to work well with what they had, but they suggested I check out Sears.

On the way, I almost hit a dog and her/his puppy as they were frolicking gayly in the middle of the street...I was in front of the flow of traffic, in the middle lane, and I had to swerve to the right to avoid the stupid animals...they retreated to the median from wence they came, all traffic behind me immediately stopped...I felt like a dick for not pulling over, but I justified that my work was done in NOT hitting them...alerting everyone else that "Hey, two stupid dogs without collars are roaming about." Watch out....I guess...

Went off to Sears, found the perfect stand, a low profile motorcycle jack with two securing straps. It was $119.00, so I intend to shop around if I can find something of similar function and lower price. Went to the Entertainmart across the street, shopped around for an interesting looking game. Allllmost got Gran Turismo 5, simply because I don't HAVE a racing game, but wound up going with Demon's Souls...I've heard all about the hype, I've never played any of the From Software 'Souls games, and it ought to stave off my stress while I worry about getting the motorcycle jack I need in order to replace its Stator.

...Thats been on my mind a lot, man...some critical electrical problems with my Yamaha V Star 650...it ain't the battery....its definitely the stator, which is like a motorcycle's alternator...read up my owners manual about it, researched online heavily, skimmed through some videos (that weren't very helpful at all) and I intend to do this maintanence myself...learn from it...level up as a biker.

This Stator, pictured below, will be the true test of me. Gotta find that Jack, though...that'll be necessary.

Since you posted this on Friday, I'll talk about my Friday.

My Friday really sucked because I intended to post Pico Day winners by the end of the week AND a Follow Friday, but I was feeling frustrated and emotional Friday afternoon so I spent it working on the console game instead, figuring the Construct 2 contest could use more launch publicity anyway.

Friday morning I looked at some more office spaces and think I found the one we'll be moving to, if all continues to move along as planned. I also went to pick up Pegosho's Pico Day art from the FedEx print pickup location but they had rolled it up with a rubber band and it got all dented up where I knew it wouldn't frame correctly, so I sent it off for reprinting. I have no clue how they don't know not to put rubber bands around expensive print jobs... The printing is done at a different location then they just stash it there under the desk.

Made some positive progress with the new game. Removed HP numbers that appeared on enemies when they took damage, which was very similar to Castle Crashers. Now your damage is reflected by the size of the hitspark and blocked / ineffective attacks have a blue hitspark instead of a blue zero rising up over the enemy with the traditional hitspark. And did some other tweaks here and there to stuff.

Allergies are really bad for me right now.

I went to Japanese class and learned how to ask people what their favourite desert is then went to a football game and saw my local team win 10 - 2 (we owned them pretty bad) and still lose the league.
