Now that they're back, has anyone tried them? I used to love the fucking things, but now they're horrible.
While we're at it, is there anything you loved eating when you were younger, but hate now?

They've been back since last year, not much of a news.

I still eat them when I can, but they're so sweet so I ahve to limit the intake by once in every few months. They happen to taste like diabetes so I would have to settle with alternatives live Hostess brand ding dongs.

They're still good. I got a box and ate one for the first time in years, and I think they shrunk them. Or that's just the box I got and they still have full sized versions; I don't eat a lot of sweets, so I wouldn't really know.

They're okay. For some reason the twin wrapped ones seem to taste better than the ones you get from the box. I also think they are a little smaller now too, and more expensive. A twin pack goes for $1.29 at the Pilot station where I get my fuel.

It's not just Twinkies. It seems like everything they make tastes different now. They changed something.

when I emigrated to canada at the age of 22 I decided to try them to see what all the fuss was about

they are just cake with cream in the middle

Actually they had to change the name because of copyright. The real ones are just called "twinks". Google image it if you don't believe me.

I always preferred yodels and strawberry shortcake rolls when I was a kid. I was never crazy about twinkies. Not funny bones, either, or sno balls. But I don't have much of a sweet tooth at all, now, except for sugary soft drinks.

I like Twinkies, but I haven't had one in years. Plus, there's way better Hostess snacks out there like the vanilla Zingers, for example. Those are fucking delicious because they taste so much like cake.

used to love eating it, and would get heaps of it for halloween. couldn't get enough of it back then! but around the age of fourteen, fifteen i would get this massive headache from a single piece. today i can not stand to look at it much less even accept one if offered to me. it is the one piece of candy i would refuse.

Maybe when they re-released them, they put something new in them that make them awful.

I have in fact tried them and they seem the same as usual.
