I see my confusion:
Series 1-5: 1997-2001
Series 6-7: 2004-05
fuck the fake series that I didn't even watch, just remaking a classic, will never be as good
anyone remember "Woof"
about the kid that turned into a dog
was p cool
Oh dear
Oh bollocks
It just won't do.

Word. I am going to get watching it I think. Seems like it was basically Doctor Who but for adults.
I don't remember Woof but it sounds like similarly compelling viewing.
I'm a survivor. We're a dying breed.
It is today. That is not a problem.

lol he was always naked after he turned into the dog
again, if I had the powers of either Bernard or the Woof kid, I would use them for sexually deviant purposes

You did fine, and so has decks.

You know, some would scoff at us using Bernard's Watch as procrastination in place of the chat room. But those people don't know Bernard's Watch.

Me neither, but I'm trying to think of others... man, it's all been cleared out by Sabrina the Teenage Witch, Kenan and Kel and Saved by the Bell. None of those are britbong enough.
There was some show - I swear it was on CITV - a bit like Goosebumps maybe that I caught when I was still quite young. I think I was still living in Belper (moved to Warwick in... 1996 I think?). Two kids were on a quest to get something. They were scared by crows, then by a witch that ate one of them in a strange animated sequence... when it went to live-action it was just a bad costume. Then there was this douche who had what they were looking for on the other end of a pool of slime?
I didn't watch it, but I think it gave me nightmares. Bizarre.

kids today have Adventure Time so it's all cool
Do you mean Knightmare, or is there a show called Nightmare I'm unfamiliar with? That would be the most likely since I think it was British, but I don't remember it having the game show vibe and especially not the "'80s adventure video game" look it had.
I think it's time for me to go through this Wikipedia article... again. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_programmes_broadcast_by_CITV
Oh bugger. Shite for you is like 70 though, isn't it? So you'll be fine, really. What with your coursework and all.
At least you were able to successfully navigate the exam paper.

I'll be amazed if I can scrape 50, it was really bad. I'm annoyed because it was kind of a gimme paper that was begging to be smashed for a 90 and I just couldn't do it.
At least you were able to successfully navigate the exam paper.
Haha, yeah, yours looked like fun. I never read the front of the paper as I assume it's the same as previous years. I think I'll pay more attention in the future.
v how I feel

Going to smash it's fucking back-doors in, mate. Oh, "Concurrency and Parallelism". Oh, coursework was only worth 40%. Oh, I am shit at this subject.
n1 chugger
Completely fucked on these next two, I reckon. Don't care anymore. Like a first in 'evolutionary biology' would get me anything other than a raised eyebrow in an interview for a bar tending position stacking shelves at the local McDonalds.

I hear left-wing American news channels are always interested in hiring people who can talk about evolution.
More seriously, when are your next two? I know I can't really help you revise or anything, but I can offer a bit of comfort. You know your stuff. :)

Monday and Tuesday. Then, freedom. Utterly bollock-clenchingly terrifying freedom.

Or fail miserably at a postgraduate course like I'm doing, instead! If you had little confidence left after your undergrad, the postgrad will sort that right out.
5 more to go. Why the fucking did I pick shitting concurrency and parallelism? Impossible.
You know when you spend months avoiding a topic, and then you start cramming a few days before the exam and it turns out the topic was really bloody interesting and engaging all along?
And to think...
Oh no, this won't do at all.

Was just thinking that when I was walking the dog. #ngsc

I think I might have had this... though I think I usually went back to hating the topic again afterwards.

Fackin' classic Peter, that. It'll be weeks yet, the absolute jape merchant.
Be nice to get another 90% back before your next exams. 3 weeks since I handed my thesis in 2moz, which is the minimum marking period, so shouldn't be long then. Worried I shat it tho.
