looking for animator for crossover

hello im looking for someone who can animate part of a sprite movie the exposition and dialog scenes to form a storylineas well as well as the visual gags i have someone for mind blowing action scenes but he wont do dialogue at all so everything exept the high intensity action parts . its a movie involving teen titans, megaman zero and zx, mischief makers and others . it will be an action comedy involving the main cast going to different video game and cartoon universes getting into battles with both local villeins and the group attacking there worlds, as well as more comical misadventures in-between the action and main plot
