A majority of them.
NC belongs in the shitty states tier.

Well truthfully that's your preference. I live in Florida and although it is chaotic, a small town and ugly as shit. I love it here.
Louisiana and Kentucky are shitty states.
yes, I've been to both of them.

When he said "a majority of them" he means 2 or 3.

No, I mean a majority of them. I haven't lived in anywhere near all of them, but I've spent enough time in enough of them to know a great deal about them. Combine that with news and talking to people who live in the state, and it's not hard to know a lot about a state.
Do you disagree with my list or something?
This thread is going to turn into a shit-show of re-organization, bias, and put-downs.
Just throwing this out there, though, Texas is amazing and Oklahoma, while beautiful where there are no people, is somehow mesmerizingly depressing. Even my Native American buddy, born and raised in Oklahoma, couldn't wait to get out of his Oklahoman home town that he lovingly called a shit-hole.
The brass tax of it all is there are extremes in every state. And each of you will be biased. Extremes in beauty and extremes of ugliness. Every place will have pros and cons. Every place has great people who may call shitty people their neighbors.
My full bias goes to Texas because I know it well and fondly. I love Texas for the flaws hand-in-hand with her greatness.

Well yeah it's pretty stereotypical and bias. Assuming you'd know 'a lot' about a state based off of a sole persons character.

Agreed. My post is also biased for reasons.

I do not necessarily disagree because I have not been to most of the states you listed, but without reasons for why you ranked them the way you did this thread is pointless.

Most of the threads on the bbs are pointless
I really don't feel too strongly about Ohio, but it's okay here. There's a decent amount of woods around, and the bigger cities are okay. I only go to Cleveland every so often, but even so the people could make all the difference between a shit trip and something rather enjoyable.
Florida, too, shouldn't be down so far on the list. Even for how busy it is and all of the traffic in the summer (Disney World among places to go), I love going there.
Whoever fights monsters should see to it that in the process he does not become a monster.

So that makes it ok for you to shit on it with a poorly written OP. Right?

1. You can't shit on something that's already filled to maximum capacity with shit
2. Yes, it's already 95% shit, one more shit thread won't make a difference
3. Unless you make good threads, you have no right to say what threads are terrible and what threads are great
You left out a shitton of States.

This actually could have had discussion potential though. Instead of just listing what you thought you could have asked "what is your favorite/least favorite states and why?" and then shared your opinions.
I get the feeling that the reason you didn't do that is because you don't care about what other's opinions are and just wanted a platform from which to share and aggressively defend your own thoughts on the subject.

Thanks for sharing, this thread sure has potential for civil discussion.
Pretend not to care about anything, but be bothered by everything.
You may be fast on the roads but it's no use on the track.

"That's YOUR opinion."
Also, I've contributed several decent threads to the boards over the years.

Yeah, he's right. I don't see why you're doing the same thing dick did as though you think you're somehow backing up a winning argument.
California is a shit state. andto add on the list Minnesota Great.

Wait, isn't that exactly what she's doing?
Georgia isn't THAT shitty...
As long as you live in the right area...which is about 3% of the whole state...
