Best software to make flash games?

I can make my own music and sprites so naturally the next step is to learn how to make games . Since each software is so different i don't want to spend months learning the wrong one .

I have right now Unity, Stencyl, Gamefactory, AdventuregameStudio and RPG maker .

I understand that some of them are specialized to do one genre of games so is UNITY the best by that logic since its a multipurpose ?

Also i would like to use a software which is better for publishing because i know that some are more strict on what you can and cannot do .

Any advice is appreciated . Thank you in advance

i would have recommended the macromedia flashes, but Adobe made AS3 much more versatile.

Get used to strange programming though.,

I agree. I am pretty noobish and don't even know one thing about programming. Luckily there are good tutorials to teach the purpose on each roles, they'll make it easier to understand how to use them.
