Growing and implanting an organ with more nerve endings would be tricky, I think. They reconnect nerves all the time in surgery, but growing them in an artificial organ takes a much more delicate approach than we had 8 years ago.

Maybe soon they will have the capability to grow replacement clitorises and attach them funcrionally, to repair the damage done by female genital mutilation.
